Olympic Gold Medalist Cat Osterman takes you step by step through the fundamentals of the pitching motion then discusses how to improve your breaking ball and finally demonstrates some pitching drills that'll help you train like a pro.
In Beginning Pitching you will learn the correct fundamentals of the fastpitch motion from Michele Smith, perhaps the greatest pitcher in Olympic history! She has been a 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist for TEAM USA in 1996 and in 2000 where she had a 0.00 ERA in almost 30 innings pitched. She is also a 10-time ASA All American!
She combines great mechanics with a casual style of teaching that easily drives points home. She can flat out coach! The production uses good visual aids without breaking your focus. My favorite is the high tech ability used to “flip her throwing motion” from LH to RH…a great aid for all coaches and players. Just watch and learn!

How good is this coach?
Though eliminated by U of Alabama in the 8th game of the College World Series… they still compiled a 41-19 record…not too shabby!
Note: With the loss to Alabama, Arizona failed to reach the Championship game for the first time while defending one of their eight national championships.
