Shipping Policy

It is our policy to try and ship all merchandise within two business days of receiving an order. BaseballTips.com ships orders from its warehouse via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We utilize the United States Postal Service shipping gateway to calculate your individual shipping costs.

Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. These products are shipped using FedEx Ground, Truck Line, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the manufacturer. The cost of shipping is dependant on what the manufacturer charges.

We list all shipping details for every product at Baseball Tips.

Look for the Product Shipping box on the left side of the product page, underneath the credit card logos. This box contains the shipping company, type of shipping, and where your product will ship from.

Where We Will Ship To

Products ordered at BaseballTips.com can be shipped to all 50 states and all Canadian provinces and territories. We will ship to APO/FPO addresses, provided the total weight of all merchandise is less than 70 pounds.

We will ship to many countries outside of the United States. International orders (except for Canada) can only be placed via phone. For more information, please call 1- 800- 487- 7432 and ask for Arnald. Our phone hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

International shipping quotes can also be obtained via e-mail by writing to us at baseballtips@gmail.com.

Tracking

For products sent via USPS Priority Mail, a Track & Confirm number will be sent to you by e-mail.

UPS and FedEx tracking numbers are available by request. Please e-mail your name and/or order number to baseballtips@gmail.com and we'll respond within one business day.

UPS and FedEx will not ship to a PO Box.
